Aggie Orientation Leader Program
If your purchase is out of the state account, you must submit this form
for approval. Once approved the advisor will make this purchase for
you. Please allow one week for the purchase approval process.
If your purchase is out of the SOFC account and will cost or total over
$50 you will need to submit this form and receive approval prior to making
the purchase. You should receive a response e-mail within 48 hours
confirming or denying your request. Please contact Kendall if you do not
receive one. Items over $50 purchased without approval will not be
subject to reimbursement.
